Senior Sustainability Reporting Expert

The senior sustainability reporting expert will focus on:

- Understanding existing and new sustainability reporting requirements within the scope of the sustainability team and implications for SCOR reporting activities
- Actively participating to the drafting of sustainability related disclosures and their compliance with applicable regulations

**Key duties and responsibilities**
- Monitoring of regulatory updates related to sustainability disclosures & reporting, with a strong focus on CSRD requirements and upcoming Omnibus package
- Participate to industry working groups on sustainability-related reporting
- Drafting of content required by sustainability-related regulation in English and in French
- Work with internal stakeholders to continue developing & integrating sustainability datapoints in the reporting
- Key point of contact for external assurance process for sustainability-related disclosures, in coordination with Finance teams
- Structure of the documentation for the external assurance process and coordination with the finance team
- Benchmark of peers’ sustainability-related disclosures
- Active contribution to the double materiality analysis process
- Within the sustainability team, lead the collection of relevant information (policies and guidelines) to support disclosures requirements
- Participation to the ESG data project
- Contribute to promoting the sustainability culture (organization of the sustainability days, climate fresks and biodiversity fresks)

**Required experience & competencies**

**Experience**
- 10 years + of relevant experience in financial services, ideally in the (re)insurance industry
- 5 years + of successful experience in sustainable finance, including knowledge of sustainability reporting
- Strong experience of sustainability reporting regulation and frameworks (CSRD, CS3D, ISSB, TCFD, GRI).
- Experience of working in large FTSE, international organisation(s)

**Required Education**
- University degree, business school or other “Bac+5” equivalent
