Nous recrutons un-e assistant-e logistique pour la **gestion de nos exportations et importations. **Votre rôle principal inclura une **coordination quotidienne entre les transporteurs, le service Expéditions et les supports clients de Beckman Coulter dans le monde**:

- Edition des documents de transport et de livraison
- Veiller à ce que tous les documents soient conformes aux réglementations en matière d'exportation et importations, et coordonner avec les transitaires et les transporteurs
- Suivi des livraisons aux clients et coordination avec l’équipe Expéditions pour s'assurer que tous les articles sont expédiés dans les temps
- Résoudre les problèmes de livraison et retours
- Extraction de fichiers
- Archiver les documents

Afin de satisfaire aux attentes du poste, les connaissances / expériences préalables souhaitées:

- Un diplôme bac+ 2, bac+3 et un minimum de 1 an **d'expérience dans la logistique**:

- Capacité de communiquer efficacement, verbalement et par écrit,** en français et en anglais**:

- Aisance avec **l'outil Excel**:

- Bonnes capacités de communication, de négociation et de résolution de problèmes
- Orientation client et capacité à s'adapter / répondre aux différents types de caractères
- Capacité à travailler de façon autonome, à prioriser et à atteindre les objectifs logistiques
- Doit être capable de travailler en équipe
