Ce sont **400 Ozitémiens**, **ingénieurs et consultants** qui évoluent sur trois sites en **France : Levallois**(**92**), notre siège-social, **Toulouse** (**31**) et **Lyon** (**69**). ‍

Ce rôle clé consiste à animer et développer l’offre Azure, en coordonnant son cycle de vie (marketing, communication, évolution des services, suivi opérationnel), tout en travaillant en étroite collaboration avec les équipes techniques, les partenaires externes et les clients internes dans un contexte international.

**Finalité de la mission**

L’objectif est d’assurer le développement des usages, la communication/marketing produit, le suivi opérationnel et la contribution à l’évolution de l’offre.

**Missions principales**
- ** Développement des usages**
- Établir et entretenir des relations avec les principaux clients internes.
- Identifier les évolutions possibles de l’offre et proposer des expérimentations.
- Soutenir les équipes relation client (BRM, Customer Success Managers) dans la présentation de l’offre.
- Participer à la définition d’une stratégie d’adoption de l’offre.

**2. Communication & Marketing**
- Préparer et maintenir les supports de communication internes et clients.
- Mettre en valeur les évolutions de l’offre et promouvoir les meilleurs usages.
- S’assurer de la bonne compréhension et de l’intégration de l’offre dans les processus internes.

**3. Contribution à l’évolution de l’offre**
- Collaborer avec les équipes opérationnelles, plateformes Cloud et Data/BI pour enrichir l’offre.
- Participer à la mise en place de nouveaux services et business plans (P&L, roadmap).
- Contribuer à la définition de la stratégie d’évolution et au sourcing.

**4. Suivi et pilotage de l’offre**
- Suivre les indicateurs de performance et s’assurer de la conformité des services contractuels.
- Assurer la relation avec les fournisseurs et mettre à jour les contrats si nécessaire.

**Profil recherché**:

- ** Formation** : Bac+5 (École d’ingénieur, université ou équivalent).
- ** Expérience** : Minimum 7-10 ans en gestion d’offres Cloud, Product Management ou Service Management.
- ** Compétences techniques**:

- Bonne connaissance de l’environnement Azure et Cloud Public.
- Expérience en gestion de services IT, suivi de KPI et contractualisation.
- Maîtrise des environnements collaboratifs et outils ITSM.
- ** Compétences transverses**:

- Communication et pédagogie (marketing produit interne).
- Orientation client et accompagnement au changement.
- Capacité d’analyse, rédaction de business plan, gestion P&L.
- ** Langues** : Anglais bilingue (environnement international).

**Soft Skills**
- Leadership transversal et capacité à fédérer différents acteurs.
- Sens de l’innovation et ouverture aux évolutions du marché Cloud.
- Rigueur, autonomie et proactivité.
- Très bon relationnel, capacité à vulgariser des sujets techniques.
