**ROLE**:
Boghossian Monaco is seeking for a Boutique Manager Assistant to support the boutique team in daily operations; executing administrative and logistic tasks, ensuring compliance with brand security and procedures and assist during sales.

Full time job -CDI

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**

**Operations**:

- **POS Procedures -** execution and understanding of all POS procedures to both support the sales team and ensure security and compliance.
- **Boutique Shipping -** proper understanding and execution of all legal guidelines (custom, tax, VAT refund) regarding shipping as well as gift wrap for client shipping.
- **Supply Ordering**:

- **Liaise with other boutiques and departments** of Boghossian Group
- **Merchandising Responsibilities -** communication of stock needs, active participation in daily store set up, Inventory control
- **Events -**active participation in the event organization and execution
- **Sales**- support existing team during sales appointments and follow-up
- **Manage team’s professional agenda**- Flight/hotel bookings, participation to fairs & auctions, purchases, Home & private support

**Knowledge and Compliance**:

- Develop deep understanding and knowledge of brand and products to convey Boghossian heritage and values
- Understand and comply with Boghossian security and operational procedures (i.e. POS, cash handling, product handling, inventory control, etc.).

**PROFILE**
- Bachelor or Master degree (minimum 3 years of studies)
- Language: fluent in English and French, other language is a plus
- Minimum 3 years of experience in back office or administration position
- Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail store environment
- Computer skills - Proficiency in Outlook and Office is required

**Personal Skills**:

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are required
- Strong attention to detail and organization with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and with precision
- Ability to project an approachable and professional image in personal appearance, manner, and demeanor.
- Ability to work on your own initiative as well as being part of a team
- Understanding needs and improving best practice along the way
