**_ Your tasks_**

The mission of the marketing team is to understand our clients' needs (CMO, Media Director, planners and traders...), to provide our sales with the right materials (narratives, insights, data) to engage with them and to make sure the materials are understood (sales enablement). To do so, we also collaborate with several departments (sales, communication, supply, product...).
- You'll assist the Portfolio Marketing team in building the right collaterals and answer sales requests on our portfolio
- You’ll support the portfolio marketing team in the creation and updating of the marketing collaterals to effectively communicate the value of RTL AdAlliance inventory on the market.
- You will make sure that our go to market deck is aesthetically appealing and catchy and perfectly aligned with the RTL communication templates.
- You’ll help the Research & Insights team by reviewing the data of our “TV Key Facts” database, making sure it is consistent and complete

Your profile_**
- Currently (minimum) in a Bachelor’s degree program ideally in Marketing or Business Management.
- Highly proficient in English. Conversational French
- Proficiency of Microsoft Office specially Advanced PowerPoint skills
- A previous experience in the media industry (media agency, marketing team of an advertiser or sales house) or enthusiasm for the media industry would be appreciated.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a multicultural environment
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality work

Your team_**

You are part of the marketing team (currently 10 team members) and will report to the Team Lead Portfolio Marketing, based in Paris. Most of the team members are based in Paris but are coming from different countries (Italy, Portugal, India...). We are a truly European group, and all meetings are in English.
