In this role, you will focus on data extraction and analysis, reporting, and supporting product and trade marketing activities. Your contributions will be integral to informing team decisions and ensuring the smooth operation of marketing initiatives. **Key Responsibilities**: - ** Data Reporting and Analysis**: - Compile and analyze weekly and monthly reports on retail sales data (franchise/SKU/country/region/channel). - Track performance metrics such as social media presence, rankings, and fill rates. - ** Order Management**: - Process and track all "no charge orders" (gratis, GWP, collateral) for retailers, stores, or team members via warehouses or office dispatch. - Oversee office shipments for team members and retail partners. - ** Product Marketing Support**: - Manage product information, including NPL attributes (e.g., vegan, fragrance details). - Conduct one-off analyses on competition, pricing, and market trends. - ** Trade Marketing Support**: - Assist in creating trade marketing decks and animations. - Communicate with suppliers to coordinate trade marketing activities. - ** Additional Support Tasks**: - Review and refine translations from English to French. - Collaborate with the commercial team to gather insights and cascade key updates to management. **What We’re Looking For**: - Strong analytical skills with an ability to interpret and present data effectively. - Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management abilities. - Proficiency in tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization software is a plus. - Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and French. - Passion for the beauty industry and enthusiasm for Too Faced’s brand ethos. **Qualifications**:
