**DIGITAL LEARNING PROJECT LEADER**

(Poste basé à Grenoble - télétravail possible 2 j/semaine)

**Votre rôle si vous tentez l’aventure proposée aujourd’hui ?**

Devenir un des bras droits de la Responsable de l’Université interne dans le déploiement d’actions de formation globales, destinées aux 7000 salariés du Groupe. Des formations qui peuvent être aussi bien techniques que stratégiques, sur tous les thèmes qui demandent une accélération. Nouvelles énergies, industrie 4.0, comment accompagner le changement: les sujets ne manquant pas. Présentiel, e-learning, blended learning, vous pourrez vous essayer sur toutes les typologies de formation.

Depuis son lancement, cette Université interne rencontre un franc succès et les demandes sont nombreuses. L’équipe a donc besoin de se renforcer et cherche le nouveau collaborateur ou la nouvelle collaboratrice qui va lui permettre de franchir une marche

Vous apportez vos compétences techniques en ingénierie et design de formation autant qu’en construction de modules. Vous êtes en lien direct avec les clients internes et avec des prestataires externes en fonction des besoins.

Concevoir des formations stimulantes et engageantes, c’est votre cheval de bataille ?

**Le profil recherché**:

- Expérimentés dans les métiers de la formation (conception contenu et design sur tous types de support),
- Motivés par une aventure en mode startup, où tout est possible à qui se montre agile et capable de pivoter pour s’adapter au mieux aux besoins clients,
- A l’aise en anglais car il faut travailler avec des filiales partout dans le monde
