**Short job description**:
You will support the analytical needs of the Evidence Synthesis team by collecting, analysing, synthetizing data and presenting results.

**What you will do**:

- Medical databases searching
- Performing targeted and systematic literature reviews, as well as desk research
- Bibliography management
- Usage of software required by the company
- Working on HTA dossiers
- Contributing to abstracts/posters/publications development based on approved outline and guidance of senior staff
- Interacting with AI and IT developers
- The execution of other tasks ordered by the direct supervisor
- Education: preferably MSc or PhD in biotechnology, pharmacy, medicine, epidemiology, or equivalent experience
- Languages: advanced oral and written English language skills
- Writing and communication skills
- Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Accuracy, precision, high attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work within timelines
- Analytical, interpretative, and problem-solving skills
- Proactivity and ability to challenge/question and make proposals
- Ability to cope with pressure and challenges
- Openness and friendly attitude
- Statistics expertise would be an additional advantage statistical software (SAS and/or R) will be an asset.
