**Mission**
As an NFR (non functional requirements) Business Analyst, and member of the Platform Architecture team, you will serve as liaison for key NFR topics, between MX.3 Customers and customer Proxies (Presales, PAC, Operates, PES, etc.), MX.3 Product Management (especially the technical service domain), Code Health team, and Product Strategy team.
**Responsibilities**:
You will need to analyze business requirements and review/produce specifications for any new/change to MX.3 Application or Infrastructure Platform with respect to NFR domain (Operability, Resilience, Security, Deployment, etc.).
You will be responsible to identify, assess, and documenting business requirements for NFR domain, recommending business priorities.
you will Conduct research to determine if solutions to business requirements currently exist, and if not, whether new solutions are feasible.
You will conduct elaboration sessions for strategic business increment design and document business scenarios in collaboration with the expert domain teams (i.e Technical Services, Operating Environment, S4C, PAC, OMX, INFOSEC, etc.)
You will work with the platform architecture team and development team to ensure that they understand the specifications.
You will analyze the impact of the proposed solution on MX.3 Platform, develop use cases to explain/demonstrate business requirements/specifications to expert domains teams (i.e Technical Services, Operating Environment, S4C, PAC, OMX, INFOSEC, etc.), and contribute a business or process perspective during design reviews.
You will assist QA Test team to ensure that requirements documentation can be easily translated into test plans, and ensure that the proper testing plans have been completed.
You will take the lead on the elaboration and execution of some NFR related Strategic Business Increments
**Desired Experience**
- 3+ years of experience in the technology sector
- Good understanding of the company's business practices and familiarity with the company's products and services.
- Strong analytical skills and writing skills, including solid experience in writing functional and technical specifications.
- Experience in driving technical assessment from the design phase to the implementation phase.
- Good knowledge of enterprise distributed systems and cloud architecture concepts and patterns, APIs, and Services.
- Good knowledge of the technical aspect of the information system's NFR
- Experience in implementing Large Distributed Systems, cloud environments experience is a plus.
- Knowledge of technical product strategy is a plus
