Your daily tasks are:
- Advise Client Office teams on solutions to meet their needs.
- Define and prioritize the team’s work with the Product Owner.
- Organize and plan team activities, while anticipating staffing and/or project needs.
- Ensure the successful delivery of projects and scalable maintenance work in collaboration with other teams at the bank.

The position is based in Paris and we have 10 days of teleworking per month, 15 to 17 days of RTT per year, services on site such as catering, the gym or the company concierge. Our remuneration is composed of a fixed amount, an annual bonus and a corporate savings scheme including profit sharing, participation and payment.

- Salesforce CRM;
- Agile project management and Scrum method: estimation of costs, planning, budget, scope, releases;
- Team management and coaching of business analysts and developers;
- Business process modelling and optimization.
You are:
- Curious, autonomous and open-minded;
- Rigorous and solution and delivery oriented;
- Dynamic and recognized as a leader by your peers.
You have a B2 level of English.
