As Marketing & Training Manager, you will be responsible for defining the Marketing plan for your brand and its implementation.
You will be the lead expert in driving market development (e.g. customer development) and supporting the sales force in marketing excellence. You will also be responsible for gathering market feedback.
**Your primary responsibilities will include**:
- Define and implement the marketing strategy for the product portfolio under management and introduce new products in close collaboration with the Cluster and Segment Leads,
- Support the demand planners in the IBP process as needed,
- Control marketing costs for the product area defined in the marketing plan,
- Capture key market insights (voice of the customer, customer information, communication, competitive products and initiatives) to improve customer service,
- Enable market development through in-depth product expertise (e.g., customer development),
- Provide the sales force with the necessary knowledge and field support to ensure marketing excellence (sales force training, external events...)
- Support product users via workshops and pre-operational assistance.
- Prepare regular marketing plan reviews for the segment
- Manage a team of Clinical Specialists
