SGK is a Matthews International company.** **Présentation d'entreprise**: SGK Brandimage, groupe de design international et multiculturel, expert en création et gestion de marque, intervient comme conseil stratégique et créatif sur l’ensemble des problématiques de marque : création, repositionnement, revitalisation, fusion de marque, management de la marque... **Description du poste**: Nous recrutons des "merchandising coordinator" dont 1 profil plutôt archi. Ces personnes auront pour mission de coordonner et de diriger la stratégie d’animation retail de célèbres marques et feront le lien entre les équipes créatives et le marketing. Les postes à pourvoir sont en CDD Vos missions seront les suivantes: Recueillir/recevoir les demandes du marché concernant le merchandising permanent et temporaire. Évaluer la conformité des projets et l’alignement avec les lignes directrices de la marque. Appliquer les modifications pour le merchandising, le retail ou l’expérience client indiquées dans les feedbacks. Informer l’équipe merchandising de tous les changements qui doivent être effectués. Résoudre les problèmes opérationnels si nécessaire. Être le lien entre les équipes merchandising et les marchés (besoins, messages clés, etc ) **Profil recherché**: Diplômé d’une école de commerce (ou d’une école de design avec une forte orientation business & opérationnel). Expérience en merchandising & cosmétiques / connaissance merchandising 360°. Expérience de chef de projet en agence de design ou au sein d’une marque. Français et anglais courants. Proactif et force de proposition. Fortes compétences en communication, organisation et gestion du temps. Forte orientation en merchandising et retail. Esprit collaboratif, ouvert d’esprit, méticuleux. Bonne connaissance de Photoshop/Illustrator/SketchUp. Expérience obligatoire en retail ou en merchandising dans la cosmétique / beauté / spiritueux / luxe. LI-CW1 At Matthews International, what makes us different is what makes us great.
