**The Team**
Within the Human Resources department, you will join our Employee Experience and Engagement team, and more specifically, the one in charge of Learning.
**Job responsibilities**:
**Your Missions**
**Responsibilities**:
- Design, develop, and implement global learning programs that align with the organization's strategic goals and objectives.
- Lead the creation of Managerial, Leadership, Onboarding, and functional programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of employees across the organization.
- Utilize advanced pedagogical approaches to ensure the effectiveness and impact of learning initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including senior leadership, HR, and department heads, to identify learning needs and tailor programs accordingly.
- Manage relationships with external vendors and partners to deliver high-quality learning solutions.
- Oversee the deployment of learning programs at scale, ensuring consistency and quality across different regions and functions.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs through metrics and feedback, and make continuous improvements.
- Stay abreast of the latest trends and best practices in learning and development to ensure the organization's programs remain cutting-edge.
- Provide coaching and support to HR and functional teams in the implementation of learning initiatives.
**Profile**:
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Education, Organizational Development, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
- 10 to 15 years of experience in learning and development, with a strong focus on global program development and implementation.
- Deep expertise in pedagogical approaches and adult learning principles.
- Proven experience in Learning development and capability building.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage complex programs and multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Experience working in a global environment with diverse functions and geographies.
- Proficiency in using learning management systems (LMS) and other learning technologies.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to measure and evaluate the impact of learning programs.
