As our Talent & Learning Senior Director, you will report to the Chief People Officer and lead an international team. The role includes the definition and successful execution of an ambitious and global talent roadmap, the development of a best-in-class employee experience (from onboarding to offboarding, career path, internal mobility, management...) and the implementation of the most appropriate tools, processes and data analysis to strengthen the Talent & Learning function. This role offers a unique opportunity to expand your talent & Learning skillset & Leadership in the dynamic environment of a global tech company. You will own the global Talent & learning function, with a team of 13 Criteos in different offices (Paris, Barcelona, New-York, Boston, Singapore) and focus on Learning and development, Talent management & leadership development functions.

**What you'll do**:

- Lead & develop a team of L&D, Leadership development and Talent Management experts with the main objective to attract, develop and retain world class talent at Criteo
- Create an engaging and fulfilling employee experience to support business strategy & enable Criteos to succeed today and thrive tomorrow.
- Design innovative and engaging learning experiences & talent processes that support business outcomes and employees’ careers
- Bring innovation and creativity into our talent approach and continuously improve talent programs
- Drive the best possible employee experience and journey, from onboarding to offboarding
- Support employees’ career journey by providing development opportunities (learning experiences, development plans, promotions, internal mobility)
- Enable our Managers to develop themselves and their teams thanks to a comprehensive managerial program that encompasses people processes and manager behaviours expected at Criteo
- Develop our leaders and assign them to development activities that match succession planning needs
- Infuse a learning culture throughout the organization and build a social learning approach
- Build strong relationships with People Business Partners & extended leadership team members and be the Talent & Learning champion in the organization
- Support our ongoing transformation
- Improve the performance approach with a focus on simplification, business results & people development/retention
- Revamp the career framework and work on the implementation of a talent marketplace
- Ensure talent decisions are based on data and feedback

**Who you are**:

- You have 10+ years’ experience in L&D & Talent Management roles designing and delivering high-impact experiences
- You have a deep knowledge and experience around learning methods, talent programs (talent identification, succession planning, organizational health review, performance management ) & KPIs
- You see the Talent & Learning function as a business enabler, you have managed teams in a fast changing, multicultural environment and you thrive in ambiguity
- You have a coaching certification and have practiced coaching in an organization
- You have had experience in leading projects across different areas of HR and you are able to drive conversations about talent & learning in a pragmatic and business-oriented manner
- You are data-driven, and you enjoy solving problems
- You are a strong team player
- You can build strong & trustful relationships with the team and leaders you work with
