Position Overview:

Paris (France) Manager: Head of People We're building the People team to match our ambitions and this role sits right at the heart of that. We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Paris office. Recruiting is where you'll take full ownership driving the full hiring cycle across multiple functions and geographies, primarily Europe and the US. You will provide punctual support to our Head of People and our HR & Office Coordinator, contributing to the smooth running of our HR processes. Hands-on and close to the business, you'll partner daily with hiring managers and be a trusted point of contact across the team. - Own the end-to-end recruitment process for roles across Europe and the US from briefing to offer.
- Build and activate talent pipelines through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, employee referrals, and direct outreach.
- Write clear, compelling
job description
s that attract the right profiles and reflect who we are. Qualifications/Skills:
- 3+ years of experience in a Talent role, ideally with exposure to HR topics across multiple countries.
- Fluent in French and English (written and spoken), you'll be operating in both every day.
- Experience running full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and managing hiring manager relationships.
- Sharp attention to detail, you catch things before they become problems.
- Strong communicator who builds trust easily across all levels of an organization.
- Proactive and self-directed, you don't wait to be told what to do next.
- Comfortable managing competing priorities in a fast-moving environment.
- Familiarity with Linkedin Recruiter and BambooHR or a similar HRIS. Why join us:
