**About the role**:
As Practice Service Manager you responsible for managing the capacity and capability of the consulting team across Europe, Middle East and Africa. You make sure projects are delivered to customer’s satisfaction.

In addition, you will be responsible for supporting administratively and operationally a successful consulting practice to meet the objectives of profitability, client success and service delivery.

**Key responsibilities**:
**Financial Management**
- Enhance organisationnal performance, productivity, and effectiveness of the consulting practice
- Follow, manage and report utilisation of Consultants’ time; costs and delivery resources against project budgets
- Collaborate with Finance Team to input into Practice budget planning, resourcing, and procurement; in order to monitor accounts/budget and expenditures.

**Professional Service Delivery**
- Ensure that the Headcount of the Practice Team meets planned work and growth targets
- Overseeing daily practice operations, including consultant project scheduling and billing process.
- Jointly with the lead Consultants, managing task allocation, monitoring contracts and deliveries.
- Follow billable and non-billable consulting works undertaken by Consultants, manage consultant timesheet records system and establishing project assignment procedures.
- Ensuring successful delivery of professional service engagements to clients.

**Commercial Enablement**
- Understanding, communicating and enforcing pricing strategies
- Supporting commercial and business development activities.
- Supporting consultants during the proposal and delivery stages.
- Chairing the monthly Practice Meeting, ensuring that the Agenda delivers personal and professional development for each member of the staff team

**About you**:

- Large working experience with successful track record of service delivery
- Work exposure in an international environment and successful track record in working across cultures;
- Project-based consulting experience
- Experience in pricing
- Client facing experience
- Strong negotiation and leadership skills
- Good communication skills
- Excellent written and oral English Language
