The Buyout Fund of Funds activity manages c.€9 billion and is comprised of investments professionals located in Paris, London, Brussels, and Helsinki. The team is dedicated to investing both in Primary (selecting the best performing buy-out funds in Europe) and Secondary opportunities (LP-led & GP-led transactions).
- Missions_
We are currently seeking an Intern to assist our Buy-out Fund of Funds investment team. The job includes the following missions:
- Due diligence processes on primary commitments and secondary transactions, writing of Investment Memorandum, and excel financial modelling
- Portfolio monitoring
- Development and screening of the pipeline of opportunities
- Overall support of the team in daily tasks

- A full-time position may be possible at the end of the internship
- Requirements_
- Graduated from a leading School or University
- Previous experiences in finance (ex: PE, M&A, Transaction Services, Audit)
- Professional fluency in English is a must, good command of other European languages (including French) would be a plus
- Should possess common sense, be highly organised and rigorous in his/her work
- Excellent Microsoft Excel and Office suite skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Valid working permit in the European Union
