In this role, you will ensure the delivery of accurate, timely, and compliant fund administration services while managing and developing a high-performing team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys building strong client partnerships.Key Responsibilities* Act as the primary point of contact for client relationships, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.* Review and approve all client deliverables to guarantee quality and accuracy.* Oversee the setup of new funds, including eFront configuration and Service Level Agreements.* Ensure timely submission of regulatory and tax filings on behalf of clients.* Coordinate with multiple internal stakeholders to meet deadlines and manage priorities.* Handle ad hoc client requests with professionalism and efficiency.* Maintain accurate internal revenue reporting and delegate work effectively across teams.* Communicate clearly with colleagues and senior management, escalating issues when necessary.Skills & Experience* University degree in Accounting or Finance.* Minimum 5 years of experience in Accounting, Auditing, or Administration of Private Equity or Real Estate Funds.* Strong understanding of French regulatory requirements.* Fluency in English and French (written and spoken).* Knowledge of eFront is an asset.* Proven ability to meet deadlines and manage competing priorities.* Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable with a strong willingness to learn.* Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills for effective client and team interaction.Please note that a background check will be conducted as part of the hiring process once a job offer has been made.Disclaimer: Unsolicited CVs sent to Apex (Talent Acquisition Team or Hiring Managers) by recruitment agencies will not be accepted for this position.
