**Most knowledge workers aren’t developers. Software that will really help them has to be powerful and simple to use. So they can move on to do more rewarding and interesting things.

**About the team**:
We’re a small and determined team of optimists that likes to focus on customers, getting great things done by shipping, and doesn’t take itself too seriously while doing so. We want to build a team that remains as small as it can be while serving a growing number of customers incredibly well.

We’ve been founders before. We’ve worked at Stripe, Square, Alan, Front, OpenAI, etc... We know what can happen when a few people feel empowered and work together well with a clear purpose in sight.

**This role**:
We're seeking a talented Content Writer to help us educate users, showcase our product's value, and establish Dust as a thought leader in the GenAI space. You'll create clear, engaging content that helps users understand and leverage our platform effectively.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop a wide range of content including blog posts, case studies, tutorials, and social media content.
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear, accessible explanations for various audience segments - think Richard Feynman explaining AI.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and customer success teams to identify key topics and user needs.
- Craft targeted social media content across platforms, from product updates and thought leadership pieces to event announcements, adapting tone and format to each channel while maintaining Dust's voice.
- Contribute to the development of Dust's brand voice and content strategy.
- Optimize content for SEO and user engagement.
- Stay up-to-date with AI industry trends and incorporate relevant insights into content.

**Requirements**:

- 3-5 years of experience in technical or B2B SaaS content writing.
- Strong understanding of AI, machine learning, or related technologies.
- Exceptional writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Must be native English.
- Ability to adapt writing style to match Dust's educational tone.
- Experience creating various content types (blog posts, video scripts, social post, white papers, etc.).
- Experience with SEO best practices and content optimization techniques.
- Strong research skills and ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
- Portfolio of relevant writing samples.

**Bonus Points**:

- Experience with community-driven content creation or working in open-source environments.
- Familiarity with video creation best practices.
- Background in product marketing or technical writing.
