Reporting to the VP Legal and working closely with the other Legal Counsels based in Lyon (HQ) and in Italy, your responsibilities will include, for the 6 entities across Europe:

- Reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts with customers, service providers and partners in both French and English (SaaS contracts, master service agreements, DPAs, NDAs, SLAs...);
- Supporting the completion of KYS questionnaires and vendor assessments.
- Management and protection of the trademark portfolio of the Company and its subsidiaries and of intellectual property rights in general;
- Managing GDPR compliance projects with the DPO, incl. maintaining and updating the register of processing activities in compliance with the GDPR and assisting the DPO on data privacy-related matters;
- Managing potential pre-litigation and litigation matters;
- Conducting legal research and providing support on diverse legal issues;
- Providing operational legal support to other operational teams (sales, customer support, product, tech, marketing, etc.

**Profil**:
- a generalist law degree (business/contract/IP) - law LLM, CRFPA appreciated
- at least 2 years of experience on similar missions preferably as in-house counsel in an international company, or within a Law Firm
- a strong capacity to adapt and a willingness to work on a broad/generalist scope with a business and operational perspective.
- A good level of written and spoken English - Knowledge of German is a big +
