**Lengow, an intelligent and automated e-commerce platform**:
Since 2009, Lengow has been the indispensable e-commerce platform for multi-channel expansion in the European market: marketplaces, price comparison websites, affiliate marketing, display ad retargeting, social media, etc.
- **️ Your main tasks would be as follows**:
The project manager in Lengow leads projects from start to finish and takes the responsibility on each stage. He/she identifies the customer’s technical and functional needs and leads it to production.

Main responsibilities
- Being the point of liaison between the different stakeholders (both internal and external) during all the onboarding phase,
- Defining project objectives and scope.
- Tracking the project in the tools for Chinese Market and providing regular reports on the status to the customer.
- Managing the relationship and communication with the client and all stakeholders, ensuring the project success.
- Training customers to ensure they can successfully use the Lengow platform.
- Helping the chinese marketing team in order to create some materials and playbooks in chinese.
- Being a back-up for the Chinese Support Team.

**Requirements**:
**We are looking for someone with the following experiences and skills**:

- Native Chinese speaker with good written and spoken command of English. Fluency in other languages is a plus,
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with effective stakeholder management & conflict resolution skills,
- First experience in to the e-commerce environment or SaaS solutions is a plus,
- Technical knowledge about Web environments (CMS, API,) highly desirable,
- Flexible in adjusting work hours to collaborate effectively with China-based sellers across time zones.
