You are joining our Operations and Reporting Private Assets team, which is looking for a **Assistant Fund Controller**, for an internship of **6 months** from **January 2026**.

You will have the opportunity to discover the daily operation of the middle-office of real active funds of Mirova, a specialist in the sectors of energy transition infrastructure, impact capital investment and natural capital. The role of the team covers, in particular, the accounting, financial and regulatory monitoring of funds, the monitoring of equity and debt investment portfolios, investor relations as part of capital calls or the production of reports.

In collaboration with your tutor, your main tasks will be:

- The accounting, financial and regulatory monitoring of funds: validation and payment of invoices, monitoring of fund budgets, verification of management data, cash and securities reconciliations;
- The monitoring of portfolio transactions and the subscription of investors in funds: preparation of capital call transfers, collection of data for investor enquiries, exchanges with fund custodians, annual/bi-annual confirmation cycle of portfolio companies, establishment of transactional loan schedules and calendars ;
- You will also be able to participate in other common projects of the department depending on the needs at the time of your internship, such as processing requests from other transversal departments regarding the middle office.

**Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience**:
Student at the BAC+4/5 level, you are preparing a degree (university, business school or engineering school), with a specialization in Accounting, Audit or Finance.
