**Notre département R&D** conçoit des solutions de diagnostic innovantes en _Digital Pathology_ grâce à l’IA et au Deep Learning. Pour rejoindre notre aventure, nous recherchons un Ingénieur h/f avec une expertise en traitement d’images biomédicales complétée par un réel savoir-faire en Deep Learning.

**Vos missions**:
Sous la responsabilité d’un manager de projet et en lien avec les équipes de différents départements de Veracyte vous serez en charge du pilotage du projet de développement confié, tout en assurant la coordination des différents acteurs (équipes métiers). Vos missions seront les suivantes:

- Analyse des besoins exprimés et accompagnement des équipes internes métiers (R&D, Ingénieurs Operation & transfert, Marketing)
- Cadrage et planification : définitions des tâches et étapes, évaluation des ressources et des livrables
- Pilotage des projets : définitions et suivi des indicateurs projets, mise en évidence de risques de dérives et propositions de mitigations
- Préparation et animation des réunions d’avancement avec l’équipe projet
- Gestion et rédaction de documentation projet
- Participation aux actions d'amélioration des pratiques, des outils et du suivi des projets
- Reporting auprès de votre responsable de l'état d'avancement des projets

**Vous**:

- H/F étudiant en **Master en gestion de projet ou en innovation Santé**, idéalement vous êtes dans cursus scientifique dans le domaine de la biotechnologie.
- A l’aise avec les outils informatiques
- Vous parlez anglais couramment (fort contexte international).
- Curieux et pro-actif, vous êtes force de proposition, vous avez l’esprit de synthèse, vous êtes aussi reconnu pour votre sens du service, de l’écoute, de la diplomatie et du travail en équipe.
- Rigoureux et autonome, vous saurez vous organiser pour accomplir les missions qui vous seront confiées.
