- Requirements capturing - Employ a range of tools and techniques to capture business and user requirements against the clear objectives articulated for the project.
- Process modelling - If required employ a range of tools and techniques to map ‘As-Is’ and ‘To-Be’ business processes.
- Gap Analysis - Evaluate requirements against the present state (where we are) & the target state (where we want to be) and find opportunities to develop successful business requirements needed to make the transition.
- Assurance and Quality - Ensure business needs and solutions are delivered to recognized methodologies.
- Business Solution Design - Engage with policy and strategy to ensure business systems, workflows and processes contribute to target operating model.
- Manage and maintain data, working across multiple teams and data types using technical capabilities to build repeatable processes
- Demonstrate strong data literacy and a highly developed interest in working with data
- Use logical reasoning to question data and understand complexity
- Listen actively and show an interest in identifying the business relevance of key trends and attention to critical detail
- Maintain composure to manage your workload and build relationships across the business

**YOUR STARTING POINTS WHEN YOU MEMBERSHIP**:

- You are fluent in English - spoken and written.
- You have knowledge about data, business intelligence, visualization tools.
- Microsoft Azure platform and Phyton knowledge is a plus.
