As a **Finance Controller M / W**, you will be in charge of monitoring and analyzing the performance of the activities of your zone.

**_Main responsibilities_**:

- Ensure the budgetary construction of the BU and the activity for which you will be responsible in collaboration with the Operational Departments.
- Contribute to the process of supervising operational and financial performance.
- Participate in the monthly closing process and in the preparation of the profit and loss statement for the scope entrusted in relation with the operational and accounting teams.
- Develop the monthly reporting for the operational management and the BU.
- Analyze performance gaps and propose improvement action plans.
- Be the guarantor of financial and analytical data as part of reporting and accounting closings and ensure the implementation and compliance with group management control procedures.
- Ensure the relationship with the Auditors and internal or external partners.
- Carry out ad hoc analyses at the request of the Financial or Operational Departments.
- Contribute to the Group's transversal projects.

**_Qualification_**:

- Master's degree, minimum 3 years of experience (internship and / or work-study included) in management control or consolidation preferably in an industrial environment.
- We are looking for a profile with good interpersonal skills, the ability to work in a team and transversely in a matrix and multicultural universe.
- Good knowledge of SAP, Office Pack, good level of Excel, Access
- Fluent level of English.
