To strengthen the sales department within our company, we are looking for a:
**BUSINESS DEVELOPER - Europe Market (M/W/D)**

**Job description**

As part of the CRO Services and Product Offers, under the lead of the Senior Sales Manager, you will have the responsibility to optimize the market penetration. To this end, your main missions will be to:

- Develop a client portfolio for Firalis Group companies offering CRO Services
- Realize sales in collaboration with internal R&D teams and clients with scientific backgrounds
- Develop and implement CRO services marketing plans, including relevant events and exhibitions
- Prepare and distribute CRO services specific collaterals and presentations according to customer needs and current market trends
- Provide sales support and organize site audits when needed
- Visit end users to set up and implement contracts
- Coordinate post-launch activities, implement satisfaction surveys
- Travel to Europe countries

**Your profile**:

- Master’s Degree/PhD in biology, biochemistry, chemistry or any related field
- Minimum one year experience in Sales or Business development
- Thorough scientific knowledge in biology (proteomics, genomics, metabolomics, etc.)
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Excellent presentation skills in both written and oral forms
- Able to conduct scientific discussions and to negotiate with health care professionals
- Fluent in English and French
- Familiarity with QMS (quality management systems) would be a plus
