**Your Mission**
- The Engagement & Culture Team’s mission is to cultivate a sense of belonging, pride and collective purpose in our talent community, by bringing our inspirational culture to life and providing a unique and seamless onboarding experience.

To do so, the team shares Fun & Serious internal communications and drives positive impact, through the organization of social & environmental events, such as our Impact Day, quarterly parties, unique onboarding activities and monthly initiativesReporting to our Engagement & Culture Manager (Juliette), you will join the People team in charge of all employee touchpoints.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Support newbies onboarding processes, coordinating with IT & Facility teams and sharing relevant communications
- Curate and create engaging content for our newsletters, sourcing relevant and compelling material to populate the People and the Fun & Serious Newsletter
- Boost communication and drive engagement around social & environmental topics
- Run our day-to-day engagement initiatives (BlaBlaBreakfast, BlaBlaSnacks, Afterworks, Birthday Lunch)
- Coordinate the upcoming Spring Party by selecting an exciting theme, discovering engaging activity providers, and sharing event details with all employees

**Your qualifications**:

- You are currently enrolled in Master’s degree (a valid internship agreement from your school is required)
- You are fluent in English and have an advanced level of French
- Your organizational skills enable you to proficiently plan and manage events
- You have excellent communication skills (written and oral), you’re humble, and you enjoy sharing & learning from others
- You are creative, proactive & love bringing new ideas to the table

Nice to have:
- Good eye for design and visual aspects as well as graphic and production skills (creation of videos, PowerPoint presentations )
- Interest in social & environment topics**What we have to offer**:
