The CDMO Business Unit brings together more than 1,000 employees spread over 7 sites in Europe and the United States. It is a leading player in the fast growing CDMO Bioconjugation, Omega3 market with differentiating technology such as Chromatography, Hazardous Chemistry, Cryogenics and Continuous Chemistry.

To support our development, we are looking for our site based in Pompey (10 min from Nancy, 54) as part of a permanent contract, a:
**Production Manager M/F**

Under the responsibility of the Head of the Production Pole, your main mission will be to ensure the functioning of the Production Pole and to manage the technical and human resources of the production units.

Your main tasks will be to:

- Build, follow and animate the production schedule of the site.
- Supervise his team of production team leaders, set objectives and priorities, make decisions.
- Ensure the management of safety, quality and technical issues encountered in production.
- Monitor production performance indicators (TRS, equipment occupancy, yields, OTIF, etc.)
- Coordinate production activities with departments in direct interaction on the production flow:

- Quality Control (from sample collection to reporting of analysis results)
- Operational Quality Assurance (for batch file review and management of quality events)
- Technical Service (for the treatment of corrective maintenance of the site and the planning of preventive maintenance
- Project managers (for planning the production of batches and their shipment)
- Be present in the field to support operational teams in improving performance and solving problems encountered.
- Represent the production department with the management, customers and regulatory authorities, in relay of the Production Pole manager.

**Qualifications**:
Strong expertise in purification processes in a GMP environment is required and 5 years of management experience in production is a plus.

A good level of English is required both written and spoken. If French is the daily language of the site, English is the language of communication and consolidation of the Group.

You master computer tools (Excel, Word).
