**Manager Equipement (f/h/x)**:
Corbeil-Essonnes, France

**Purpose**
Lead, unite and develop your team in the implementation of Equipment missions in your sector, consistent with the objectives of X-FAB France Operations.

**Your Missions**
Coordinate the completion of Equipment missions in your sector:

- Build and maintain an Equipment strategy with the Processes team.
- Guarantee the installation of CAPEX plans (investments), from the definition of the need to the submission of Processes/Production, according to the budgets and deadlines set.

Manage the members of your team in accordance with the values and strategy of the company:

- Define and monitor the objectives of your sector.
- Define, monitor and analyze performance indicators and dashboards for your sector.
- Make and support the operational and strategic decisions necessary to achieve the sector's objectives.
- Organize, coordinate and monitor the activities of your sector in the short, medium and long term.
- Bring your colleagues together to promote a favorable working environment.
- Define and implement, in collaboration with the Maintenance team, training plans adapted for its employees, consistent with the needs of its team.
- Ensure the safety of your team's property and personnel.

**Your Profile**
Education: Engineering school, Master
Languages: Fluent English (C1)
You have a methodological approach and you benefit from significant experience in Maintenance through operational and project management.
You have a developed taste for teamwork, your sense of commitment to the customer and priorities will allow you to fully develop this new function.
Your sense of communication and adaptability will allow you to quickly integrate into our teams.
You will work in an international environment and will have contact with colleagues or suppliers based abroad
Passionate, you are ready to take on team challenges and you want to participate in the development of tomorrow's automotive technologies.
