Our capabilities of creating and producing are endless: gala dinners, parties, incentives, yoga retreats, conferences, exhibitions, board meetings...

We are actively looking for creative talents with experience in delivering concepts, doing research, to produce and coordinate luxury exhibitions and events.

- **Salary**_: _1,200€ / month_
- **Rhythm**:_ _Monday to Thursday from 9am to 6pm (off on Friday except if events scheduled)_

Step 1: Create PRODUCTS and INNOVATIVE VISUAL CONCEPTS
Step 2: Managing the SUCCESS & GROWTH of events

Within a team of 3 designers in start-up agency of 15 members you will be learning and working on:

- **CREATING NEW PRODUCTS AND INNOVATIVE VISUAL CONCEPTS**_
- Research:

- Benchmark of events and scenic design worldwide
- Suppliers benchmark: such as food artist, performers, photographers, producers, artists.
- Creation:

- Assisting the design team
- Creating prints following the event's graphic guidelines (save the date, invitation, menu, signage...)
- Sourcing materials for production (space furnishing, booth construction, decor set-up)
- Drafting briefs to come up with concepts including decoration & furnishing
- **MANAGING THE SUCCESS & GROWTH OF EVENTS**_
- Ensure that what has been conceptualized is on the correct road to come to life
- **SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS**:_
- strong artistic skills in image, volume and space design
- visual culture in luxury, design and contemporary art
- perfect use of IDD, PSD
- any good use of 3D Software such as SketchUp, Autodesk, Adobe Substance would be a plus
