International Network Operations Specialist, France

We are an outsourcing company that has clients in Europe, USA and Asia. We are seeking an **International Network Operations Specialist** to work with our valued client in Paris, France. Our client is an e-commerce company that is also an important retailer.

**Position Description**:
This role is primarily responsible for the planning, construction, and implementation of our client's Logistics' international operations, including workplaces, warehouses, and distribution centres, as well as remotely handling IT issues related to daily operations. Provide network implementation and deployment support based on our client's Logistics' international warehouse (station) construction and implementation plan; regularly inspect and address issues at workplaces, warehouses, distribution centres, and other office and production locations; regularly attend team meetings; rotate shifts as needed during holidays and intercontinental business hours; and request the contract company to provide corresponding incentives for outstanding performance.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Responsible for the construction, maintenance, and daily management of the international logistics business network, ensuring network stability, security, and efficiency, and implementing timely risk prevention and emergency measures.

2. Responsible for the implementation and deployment of network equipment and projects to ensure smooth business operations. Also responsible for the operation and maintenance of daily office and production equipment (such as office computers, printers, PDAs, etc.) to ensure efficient and stable operation.

3. Collaborate with business departments to complete project implementation and implementation operations and support, and assist local departments with network asset management to ensure asset security and accuracy. Work closely with the team, maintain a customer-centric service focus and a strong sense of responsibility, and possess excellent learning ability. Problem-solving skills and a strong communication and collaborative spirit are required.

**Job Requirements**

1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Communications Engineering, Network Engineering, or other related fields preferred.

2. At least two years of experience in network operations and maintenance, including experience implementing and maintaining medium
- to large-scale networks (over 200 terminals). Experience maintaining daily office computers, printers, PDAs, and production ERP systems.

3. Ability to independently install, debug, and maintain network equipment from major manufacturers. Familiarity with configuration of switches, wireless AC/APs, and other products. Proficiency in mainstream operating systems such as Windows, Linux, and macOS, as well as common office software, antivirus software, and the company's production ERP system.

4. Excellent oral, reading, and writing skills in English. CET-4 or higher is preferred.

5. Excellent communication and teamwork skills, able to collaborate effectively with business departments to advance project progress.

6. Strong sense of responsibility, dedication to work, and the ability to handle a certain level of work pressure.
