**About the role**:
As part of the Levallois assistance team, your main responsibilities will be as follows:
- Telephone reception, support and advice for travelers and expatriates in difficulty during international travel,
- Setting up the logístical aspects of evacuations and repatriations, in collaboration with medical and safety experts,
- Documentation of interventions on the various dedicated platforms,
- Monitoring the financial and contractual aspects of assistance cases,
- Collaboration with our worldwide assistance centers to organize assistance and/or logístical arrangements,
- On a voluntary basis, occasional back-up missions to our assistance centers in Nouméa, Milan and Madrid,

**Conditions**:
- 35-hour permanent contract
- After 7 weeks' training, you will work 4 days a week (including some weekends and public holidays)
- Working hours between 08:00 and 22:30, on rotating shifts
- Remuneration: 2250 Euros gross per month *13.5 months + statutory supplements
**About you**:
- With a minimum of 2 years' higher education, you are fluent in English and French. Italian, Spanish or Portuguese as a third language would be highly appreciated.
- You have initial experience in customer service and are comfortable using IT tools and media.
- You are organized, rigorous and able to adapt to changing situations,
- You have an appetite for teamwork, a sense of empathy and sensitivity to the needs of others,
- Last but not least, you have a definite attraction for international, multicultural and dynamic environments
