**YOUR CHALLENGE WILL BE**:
- Preventing workplace related accidents and promoting a heathy work environment
- Encouraging a positive HSE culture
- Co-leading the HSE management system
- In a collaborative approach, assessing the occupational risks and updating the DUERP as well as chemical risk assessments
- Conducting engaging health and safety training sessions
- Partnering with occupational medicine and other stakeholders to adjust workstations
- Conducting comfortable workstation studies and ergonomic assessments
- Managing workplace accidents with care, investigating thoroughly, and following up with action plans
- Keeping an eye on personal protective gear to ensure everyone feels safe and stylish
- Developing prevention plans in collaboration with our awesome contractors
- Being the cool head in emergencies, coordinating rescue efforts and training our emergency teams
- Monitoring and supporting the gate house security team
- Keeping everyone looking sharp in their personal protective equipment
**WHO YOU ARE**:
- You’re equipped with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, or specialized studies in HSE.
- You’ve rocked a similar role before.
- You’re well-versed in HSE regulations, keeping us on the right track.
- You know your way around project management methodologies, making everything run smoothly.
- You’re a pro at leading training sessions and bringing teams together.
- You’re fluent in both French and English, adding a touch of international flair.
- You’re the ultimate team player, with killer communication and interpersonal skills.
- You’re all about precision, proactivity, and getting things done.
- You’re a whiz with office software, keeping everything organized and on point.
- Prioritizing tasks is your middle name.
- You’re an excellent listener, making sure everyone’s voice is heard.
- You embody confidentiality, neutrality, and diplomacy, keeping our team balanced and harmonious.
