You are joining our team within the LBO Agency department, which is looking for a Secondary Settlement Manager, for a **internship**of**6 months** from**September 2025**.** **In collaboration with your tutor, your main tasks will be**: - ** Set up and supervise the purchases and sales of debt initiated by investment funds. These operations are carried out via the ClearPar tool (world leader) and ETS (internal tool).**: - **Take charge of KYC management and the coordination of vettings.**: - **Check and follow the white list (investors authorized by the credit agreement).**: - **Administer databases and ensure data quality.**: - **Anticipate and manage events related to LBO financing operations and their consequences on the systems (management of freeze communicated to investors and delaying requests).**: - **Process audit requests.**: - **Perform reconciliations and manage discrepancies.**: - **Import into ETS the set of data related to existing lenders for new LBO operations and all management events (facility add-on, prepayment, facility increase).**: - **Perform the matching of positions between our different tools and identify discrepancies (at each "IPD" interest payment date and in anticipation of any management event).**: - **Track the payment of transfer commissions (reminders, nettings, coordination with the back office).**: - **Identify and resolve IT issues impacting our internal and external systems, while coordinating resolution solutions.** - ** Ongoing automation projects (user forms, macros, VBA).**: - **The primary settlement under the supervision of LBO agents, including the coordination of a dedicated KYC/vetting team for the operation.**: - **Cross-cutting projects in the Agency department.**: - ** Annual circularization of LBO clients.**: - ** Annual guarantee information (regulatory reporting).**: - **The annual FATCA reporting for LBO clients.**: - ** The intervention on the Optimized Finance Agency side.** **p>**#FinanceTransformative** **As a Top Employer, we place our employees at the center of our attention.
