**BAT FRANCE IS LOOKING FOR A CONSUMER ENGAGEMENT & ACTIVATION, D2C EXECUTIVE**
**ROLE PROFILE**
This role offers a fantastic opportunity to further your career in eCommerce while contributing towards the ambitious growth of our D2C online business. Joining this fast-paced team, you’ll be gaining a wide range of skills and experience working with colleagues across the business.
You will play an important part in the Digital team to help plan, support, and deliver the commercial growth of our brands online. You will be key in managing and executing the online activation of our cycle priorities including seasonal campaigns and promotional plans.
This role is perfect for someone wanting to learn all aspects of eCommerce and work within a tight knit team. A strong self-starter attitude with the initiative to drive and deliver results is a must.
**Accountabilities**:
Data Analysis and reporting:
- Analyze ecommerce metrics and performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Utilize analytics tools and platforms to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and make data-driven decisions to optimize ecommerce operations.
- Proposing plans to improve acquisition, conversion, and retention.
eCommerce P&L Management:
- Manage the ecommerce P&L, including budget allocation, cost control, and revenue forecasting.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and revenue-generating initiatives to maximize profitability.
eCommerce Trade and Planning:
- Campaign and Activation calendar management
- Develop and execute a comprehensive campaign and activation calendar aligned with business objectives and seasonal trends.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution of campaigns, including asset briefing, creative development, and campaign tracking.
- Proactively drive online sales by optimising campaigns and propositions
- Champion Online KPIs, timely and accurate reporting
- Manage onsite merchandising and cross-selling spaces across the website including but not limited to NPI launches and product delisting
- Conduct site audits
Creative Briefing and Acquisition Management:
- Co-create consumer acquistion plan taking into consideration the full consumer funnel and stages across all touchpoints
- Work closely with internal and external (agencies, Area, LEX, Activation...) stakeholders to rdevelop creative assets and marketing materials for ecommerce campaigns and to roll-out the acquisition plan
- Monitor KPIs closely and set action plans to improve performance
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in digital acquisition, analytics and e-commerce management.
- In-depth knowledge of various digital marketing channels and their respective best practices.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools.
- Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Microsoft Suite (excel, powerpoint)
- Web analytics tools (Semrush, Similarweb, Adobe/Google Analytics, GSC)
- Fluent in English and French.
- Work experience: Mini 2 years
