Founded in 2011, **Locala** is a leading omnichannel advertising platform that leverages consumer insights and machine learning AI to help marketers efficiently plan, buy, and measure multi-location campaigns on a global scale. Our proprietary technology enables local advertising and insights at scale, all while meeting the highest user privacy standards in the industry.
Reporting to the VP of Global Design, the Junior Advertising Designer is responsible for creating visual concepts and ads that effectively communicate the message of a product or service for clients' brands.
The Junior Advertising Designer works closely with Account Managers, Sales and Trading teams from Operations to develop compelling ads that will catch consumers' attention.
The Junior Advertising Designer must be able to think creatively and outside of the box to deliver effective ad experiences for a wide range of clients. To do so, the advertising designer also refers to their Lead Advertising to ensure high-quality ad experience delivery.
The Advertising Designer works with an omnichannel mindset, meaning that they are able to create ads for any touch points of the consumer journey to serve the best advertising strategy possible towards clients.
**Your role**
- Design and develop digital creative ad formats, with Adobe Suite and Ask Locala Ad Builder proprietary platform following our clients needs;
- Layout and design ads;
- Master constraints and limits required within mobile environment development and creation;
- Meet with other team members to maintain good communication within the design team;
- Conduct ads performance analysis on campaigns to ensure ads experience effectiveness towards clients;
- Researching consumer behavior, market trends, and new technology that could influence the effectiveness of different advertising methods;
- Brainstorming ideas for new advertising experiences or services that could be marketed to consumers
**Knowledge required**
- Basic fundamentals of HTML5 and CSS3 integration are mandatory;
- High level of photoshop, illustrator are required and good knowledge of the Adobe suite;
- Basic fundamentals of animation and After Effects;
- Ideally 1 year of agency experience;
- Professional English mandatory;
- Experience working with major national and international brands.
