MISSION
Within the Container Logistics division in our headquarter in Marseilles, you manage recovery activity (after damage to container) for the CMA CGM group.
RESPONSIBILITIES
You manage a team of 4 people in HO. You ensure regular follow-up with the team members for their area.
You manage worldwide Recovery Agents network. With your team, you define procedures and guidelines that network must apply, and you monitor the performance of each region/agency.
You will be in charge of a geographical area for which you will be in contact with the Regional Office, the agencies, ports of arrival to follow the progress of the files. You will be in interaction with all the actors of the CMA CGM Logistics chain: Agents, Terminals, Legal Department, Commercial Team, Maintenance and Repair Department....
You are in charge of the development of commercial logistic offers linked to booking. You define the strategy in relation with the sales teams of each zone with the support of your team.
You are responsible for relations with the Group Insurer (TT Club).
You are responsible for the management and reporting of the activity. You identify the monitoring tools and indicators to be implemented and work closely with the Logistics Management Control and the Logistics Cost Control teams (Budget, Departmental Reporting, etc.).
PROFILE AND QUALIFICATIONS
Post graduate degree in Engineering or Business school, you got a professional experience of 5 to 10 years in a similar position.
You have a good command of Office and IT Tools and are perfectly at ease in written and spoken English. Your interpersonal skills will be essential to communicate with your numerous contacts. You are quickly autonomous, your sense of organization, your rigor and your reactivity will contribute to your success in this position
Logical and rigorous, you handle figures and computer tools with ease.
Your reactivity and curiosity will enable you to succeed in this position.
You have strong skills in leadership and in communication with experience on multi country lead/project.
