Quantilia is a dynamic fintech company providing advanced data solutions to financial institutions. Our platform offers a comprehensive suite of tools for portfolio management, ESG risk analysis, and more. We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Data Analyst with expertise in Python programming and a solid understanding of finance and financial instruments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Write efficient and scalable Python code to process large datasets.
- Develop models for risk analysis, performance analysis, and financial forecasting.
- Develop and maintain Python scripts for data extraction, cleaning, transformation, and analysis.
- Ensure data integrity and scalability of the models and pipelines by adhering to best coding practices.
- Collaborate with the finance and product teams to translate financial data into business insights.
- Clean, transform, and validate data from multiple sources.
- Create automated pipelines for data extraction and analysis.
- Design and deliver reports or dashboards using Tableau or similar tools.
- Work with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS) for data processing and analysis.

**Qualifications**:

- 3+ years of professional experience working with Python in a data-centric role.
- Strong understanding of financial markets, financial products, and financial data.
- Experience with data analysis libraries (e.g., Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib) and SQL.
- Proven ability to work with large datasets and complex data transformations.
- Knowledge of financial instruments such as stocks, bonds, derivatives, etc..
- Familiarity with Tableau or other data visualization tools (a plus).
- Comfortable working in a cloud-based environment (AWS preferred).
- Good English spoken is a must.
- Passion for the financial industry and a strong understanding of financial products and services.
