Global Blue is looking for a HRBP to support on HR development, global HR projects, and HR administrative.

This is a diverse HR position with a focus on HR development and project management. There will be plenty of opportunity for exposure to the full range of HR generalist duties, such as global HR projects and wellness work, employee relations, recruitment and retention, employee engagement and training. This is an exciting role, working closely alongside different stakeholders, to really shape the culture and add value to the organization.

**The role**

**Recruitment**
- Work with managers through the recruitment process, from creating job descriptions to advising them on the best method of recruitment and working with them through the interview process
- Manage the whole internal recruitment life-cycle, including CV screening, interviews set up, offer letters, contracts and onboarding
- Use headhunting approach for Senior roles
- strengthen GB’s local employer branding to ensure a solid talent pipeline, e.g. by participating in recruitment fairs, conducting personnel marketing activities
- Assist the Southern Europe Regional HR Director on recruitment, specifically coordinating interviews and providing the required documents and uploading the roles on specific job board
- Populating HR database in respect of all recruitment activities
- Build relationships with recruitment agencies
- Requesting references for new employees
- Manage to post the offers on the recruitment websites (Indeed, Cadre Emploi, Apec )

**HR Administrative**
- Understand the administrative processes in the countries in charge, and build a handover book
- Be the back up for the payroll and admin part
- Be the HR contact on the actions on our HR System (Workday)

**Global HR Projects**
- Partnering with Group HR to ensure all initiatives are implemented successfully in the countries (of the region in charge of)
- Promote the initiative proactively in the country & hold workshops with managers and employees as guided but also taking a proactive approach on this to ensure that processes are embedded in the country effectively
- Involvement and proactivity on new initiatives adding ideas and giving constructive feedback, working as a team
- Acting in an effective manner to give feedback and provide information to the Group Partners
- Work as a partner and team player for all HR initiatives which will be rolled out

**Training**
- Work with managers through the training process, from the employee requests to the management of training logistics
- Manage the training budget, in coordination with the OPCO, to build the annual training plan
- Manage the priorities of each training requests with the managers and the MD

**Who are we looking for?**

**Key competencies**
- Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines including labor law, HR administration, recruitment, training and development, performance management, compensation and benefit administration, employee’s engagement, internal communication
- At least 5 years of experiences in a Generalist HR position
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, with all levels of employees
- Ability to develop and maintain positive relationships at all levels of the organization, while also advocating for an issue, management, employee and/or providing constructive feedback
- Strong drive to get things done (proactively)
- Willingness to work on multiple projects that come from working in a lean and multi skilled team
- Sensitivity and discretion is essential
- Experience of using Workday is desirable
- Flexible and adaptable to work demands within the company
- A confident team player

**Business Knowledge/Educational Background**
- 5 years relevant HR experience
- University degree in Human Resources, Business or related, or job experience equivalent
- Business fluent in English and French
- Experience in working in a matrix / international organization (preferred)

Home Office : 2-3 days per week

Status: Cadre

Pay: From 45,000.00€ per year
