- As a global Communications Specialist, you will offer practical support to help achieve the goals of the Global Communications, Content and Change team: 'to guide communications and change activities according to T&W goals.' You will support by managing designated communications projects. You will enjoy preparing global content proposals and managing the execution of global communication tactics.- Reporting to the Director of Global Communications, Content, and Change, you will coordinate and implement multiple T&W communications activities for our company partners at a global level.- You will be based in Avignon, France (on-site role, #LI-onsite).**In this exciting role, your main responsibilities will be the following**:
- Be a project manager, help implement communication plan and activities
- Manage communications activity calendar and develop quarterly reports and updates
- Help develop annual communication plans
- Develop content for different communication tools (PPTs, articles, newsletters, and intranet)
- Manage execution of employee newsletters (Customer Excellence, S&T, Global Ops) from content development to publication
- Support the T&W Comms & Digital Marketing Head in the delivery of the President's townhall and other communications
- Collect stories to feed internal communication channels
- Maintain content updated on internal channels
- Implement internal communication surveys and measurement tools and develop reports
- Develop and implement processes necessary for the smooth operation of the function
- Coordinate execution with external agencies and communications team
- Write communication deliverables**Your professional profile includes**:
- A university degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field
- 3+ years of relevant professional experience within an agency or corporate environment
- An understanding of multiple communication channels
- The ability to execute designated tasks that support a functional communication strategy
- You are attentive to internal customer needs
- You are fluent in English, additional languages are an advantage**Our Benefits**:
