Alongside our Senior Sourcing Managers, you will benefit from years of identifying, sourcing, hunting sometimes, by-products from all over the world, and be the first stage tomorrow's food industry gems.
Forget theory — this is hands-on learning, startup style.
On the day-to-day, you will sharpen your curiosity, elevate your knowledge on products, and give a boost to your ability to identify value when others don't.
Our current categories allow us to offer competitive products over Spices & Herbs, Vanilla, Juices Concentrates & Derivatives.
This job is a great opportunity to put together our knowledge of the Industry, and your energy & desire to push beyond, to develop new products and categories.
From our office in Avignon, to factories all around the world, your journey will have you teaming-up with all of us : PMs, Sales, Supply Chain, Quality; discovering how innovation, agility, and collaboration power everything we do at Hubcycle.

Must-Haves
- You graduate from a Master's degree in food engineering.
- Experience of 1 to 3 years in Sourcing food Ingredients and Raw Materials.
- French or English. No problem, you master both of them.
- You are familiar with the food industry, its manufacturers, its language, its specificities.

Salary and conditions
- Contract : Permanent Full-time
- Workplace : Avignon (South)
- Work from home : 2 days/week after the first month.
- Salary : from 30k€ to 35k€ + attractive bonus scheme
