Onsite Field Support Technician

**Responsibility**:

- On time calibration of products, manually or computer based
- Development, testing and documentation of new calibration procedures (MetCal)
- Service repairs on measurement products
- Feed database (Met Track/Oracle) with calibration order data
- Set up calibration documentation and measurement protocols
- Visual testing of measurement instruments in terms of damage
- Checking of electronical security of line powered measurement instruments
- Monitoring measurement equipment in terms of function, calibration interval for the own working
- Check technical failures, evaluate and initiate repair
- Archiving all data and documentation in the working environment
- Handle customer requests and complaints
- Update data in the company data base Oracle, VOC, MetTrack, customer complaints
- Calibration of High Frequency measurement instruments
- Onsite calibration on your own or in the team
- Optional: Training and support of new hires (Field Support Technicians) over the time

**Requirement**:

- Advanced and proven knowledge of an electrical technician, as an electrical engineer or in a similar profession
- About 2-5 years of experience in calibration service for electrical measurement products and temperature calibration.
- Good experience with Fluke MetCal/MetTrack Software and knowledge of using Security and ESD regulations.
- Willingness to travel up to 70% of the time in France and EMEA
- Very good English language skills spoken and written
- Experience with MS-Office tools
