**Stagiaire - Back Office Analyst**

**Localisation**: Lyon (6ème)

**Disponibilité**: à partir du 15 mars 2025

**RAISON D’ETRE DE LA FONCTION**: Le Back Office Analyst est intégré dans l’équipe CSD (Central Solution Design) qui est en charge de la réponse aux Appels d’Offre de nos grands comptes clients européens sur tous les domaines d’activité des filiales de XPO Transport Europe. Le Back Office Analyst sera en support à l’équipe des Senior Project Managers sur tout traitement de données sous xls pour les Appels d’Offre, les études d’ingénierie et les analyses de données. Il sera également en support de l’équipe CSD en général sur la mise en place de nos outils de gestion de données.

**MISSIONS PRINCIPALES**
- Support aux Project Managers sur les Appels d’Offres Grands Comptes Europe:
- Préparation des **bid-forms**CSD (fichiers de quotation internes) nécessitant la manipulation excel, utilisation d’une macro excel et formules excel avancées
- Support aux Project Managers pour construction du fichier de **consolidations**(regroupement de toutes les quotations sur un fichier excel - nécessite d’être à l’aise avec les formules excel et de suivre un process).
- Support pour le calcul des **budgets**de l’offre commerciale
- Réception et analyse des **feedback**s des clients suite à la cotation du round 1. Support aux PM sur le traitement xls
- Également en support pour les **bid forms round 2**qui sont envoyés pour information avant communication
- **Back up**gestion des fichiers excel de quotation
- **Aide à la gestion**des appels d’offres (analyse de résultat, innovation et automatisation des nos fichiers de travail)
- Travail avec le data manager pour l’ **amélioration**de nos outils DATA.
- **Archivage**xls : archiver toutes nos données dans une base de données CSD selon un process bien défini avec un outil xls
- Contributions à l’améliorations de nos outils:
- Amélioration fonctionnelles de nos outils et macro xls en liaison avec notre Data Manager
- Création de modes opératoires pour les utilisateurs

Support Techniques aux utilisateurs
- Vie Courante des activités CSD:
- Gestion d’information (suivi des indicateurs gasole) hebdomadaire
- Tout autre support de traitement de données sur xl

**Compétences spécifiques pour le poste**:

- **Niveau xls avancé**(appétence à apprendre et progresser son niveau)
- Multilinguisme (Anglais)
