**MISSIONS**:

- Assurer le support technique pour nos clients utilisant les protocoles de communication suivant : LonWorks, Ethercat, Profibus, Profinet, Modbus RTU et TCP,
- Assurer le support technique pour nos réseaux de supervision pompes sèches : use, trouble shooting infrastructure, PC et software
- Développement d’outils d’analyse de données de fonctionnement de nos produits
- Définition de cahier des charges de modification de logiciels de supervision, test après développement en sous-traitance puis mise en œuvre chez nos clients.
- Participer au développement des outils & solutions digitales utilisées pour améliorer le support & service à nos clients

**PROFIL**:

- Connaissance de protocole de communication, des automates associés et de leur maintenance
- Connaissances des règles de câblages basse tension (données, Profibus, RS485, RS232) ainsi que des infrastructures IP
- Aptitude à communiquer avec des clients et fournisseur, à convaincre et à travailler en équipe
- Être à l’aise avec les outils informatique logiciel et hardware pour accompagner nos clients dans la résolution de ces problèmes
- Experience significative dans ces domaines de compétences
- Pratique courante de l’anglais
