Nous recherchons pour notre client, un(e) quotation support.

**_Vos missions : _** [CHIFFRER LES ÉQUIPEMENTS]
- Analyser, commenter et chiffrer les spécifications des clients pour répondre à leur appel d'offre. Transmettre une synthèse de ces annotations vers l'Unité de Production afin que ces spécifications soient prises en compte lors de la réalisation.
- A leur demande, contrôler les chiffrages des commerciaux, conseiller sur la composition et l'enrichissement de leurs offres,
- Réaliser à la demande des commerciaux, les chiffrages de leurs machines à partir des éléments analysés et synthétisés par le commercial,
- Réaliser les chiffrages de machines et au besoin les implantations que notre client est susceptible de produire pour le compte des autres filiales et être l'interlocuteur de la filiale commerciale,
- Déterminer les niveaux prévisionnels de coûts et de temps pour estimer la marge prévisionnelle de chaque machine,
- Augmenter la qualité des chiffrages, réduire les écarts entre machine chiffré et machine produite et sécuriser les offres réalisées,
- Manager le chiffrage spécifique des équipements à intégrer sur les machines,
- Défendre les solutions standardisées pour réduire nos coûts de conception, - Mettre à jour les outils de chiffrage. [SOUTENIR LA VENTE]
- Assurer la liaison entre le commercial et l'unité de production et valider la faisabilité technique,
- Mettre à disposition des outils d'aides à la vente,
- Se déplacer chez les clients avec les commerciaux pour soutenir les choix techniques et les argumenter,
- Participer activement aux réunions techniques d'avant-vente client,
- Produire et maintenir des outils type permettant de répondre plus rapidement aux besoins des clients, sur les consommations, les efficiences, etc...

Vous êtes en mesure de savoir faire des plans d'implémentation standards.

Vous maîtrisez parfaitement l'orthographe et la grammaire française.

Bon relationnel interne et externe.

Vous êtes très rigoueux(se), réfléchi, avec une forte capacité à défendre sa position.

Vous avez une grande capacité d'analyse et une maîtrise des outils informatiques. Anglais lu, écrit et parlé.
