**Your mission**

As the Sales Area Manager for EMEA south region, you directly influence the revenue generating potential of our Business Unit. Your mission will be to drive & implement Sales strategy aimed for exponential growth in our South European markets. You will also be a key stakeholder in developing and executing our overall Sales strategy. We take pride in being a truly global company and working closely with diverse global team is an important part of this role.

With an emphasis on customer focus - you will be responsible for driving & motivating teams in France, Italy, and Spain and grow business in all parts in the southern market. This role is greatly about your ability to lead, mentor and motivate our sales teams to achieve and exceed the sales targets. Your success will come from a collaborative leadership, where you involve and engage team members and stakeholders. You are expected to contribute to the growth of business by bringing continuous improvements, using insights and analytics.

As the Sales Area Manager, you will report to the Head of Sales, Business Unit - Heating Systems and will be a crucial part of our Global Sales management team.

**Your profile**

We are looking for someone with more than 5 years of successful history in a high value Sales management environment. Our BU is advancing towards a growth journey and requires strategic thinking towards business expansion.

You demonstrate strong decision-making skills, sometimes even at the face of uncertainty while keeping customer focus at the center.

Your true willingness to collaborate and solid leadership skills is of great importance to us and that is why prior experience of managing teams is one of the key criteria for this role.

We consider Communication to be a key enabler and since we have a geographically diverse teams, fluency in both written & verbal English is a must.

Your personality truly makes the difference You’re creative, entrepreneurial, and self-motivated and your professional style is based on creating trust through communication.
