**Votre rôle et vos missions**:
The mission of the** Financial Consolidation and Reporting Business Analyst consists i**n:

- Managing the AXA Group data model (chart of accounts and related disclosures) for both IFRS and Solvency II scopes
- Contribute to new transversal projects and initiatives impacting tools within MASTER team
- Working in close collaboration with the team managing the parametrization and the maintenance of the tools, as well as the Financial controlling team during the closing periods to support financial reporting production (internal & external)
- Providing a strong support to entities and central PBRC teams while bringing functional and technical expertise on consolidation and reporting processes, data model and tools.

The holder of the position will have the opportunity to work closely with various stakeholders from several professional families, such as the Consolidation, Norm & Tax experts, Actuarial team, Asset accounting experts,but also the IT providers, and more than 50 AXA consolidated local entities spread over the world.

In the context to transition of IFRS9 and IFRS17 projects to BAU mode, the role is key to ensure stability and manage any changes during the upcoming dry run phases.

The Financial Consolidation and Reporting Business Analyst will also have the opportunity to join the team at the **perfect timing for the inception of several new Consolidation and Reporting projects**:

- Global Anti-Base Erosion (GloBE) OECD Pillar II reporting
- New Solvency II requirement with for cyber risk, environmental reporting, internal model and update to existing QRTs (EIOPA taxonomy major review 2.8.0)
- Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD)

This role is part of the MASTER stream Consolidation and transversal project support within PBRC department.

**Context**:
The main mission of PBRC department is to produce Group financial statements (IFRS and Solvency II) as part of which PBRC is also accountable for monitoring Group closing processes and the related central tools.

**MASTER team (Management of Accounting Solutions, Tools, Expertise in Reporting)** group all the people involved in different tools on one single team with the following objectives:

- To increase agility during closing process and secure business continuity, thanks to a single team within PBRC managing all the activities.
- To better manage changes in regulation thanks to teams with cross tools competencies.
- To facilitate the relation with IT to reduce IT costs, optimize processes and be involved in the decisions with editors.

The MASTER team is split into 4 main streams with a dedicated manager for each stream:

- Stream **“Actuarial tool support”**:

- Stream **“General and Third-party accounting support”**:

- Stream **“Consolidation & reporting tools support”**:

- Stream “**Consolidation and transversal project support”**

The Financial Consolidation and Reporting Business Analyst role is part of the **stream Consolidation and transversal project support**.**

This steam is in charge of the functional expertise related to SAP-FC and disclosure management tool master data and processes (notably IFRS Group COA, disclosures and controls and S2 quantitative reporting templates).

This stream will also coordinate transversal projects.

**Core activities**:
The core activities of the Financial Consolidation and Reporting Business Analyst includes:

- Monitoring (from a business point of view) the adaption of Group Consolidation and Reporting solutions to support the production of new reporting information
- Coordination of business requirement workshops and redaction of detailed design
- Analysis with expert new taxonomy (EIOPA, ESG,..) and identify the impacts on the tools
- Coordination of the build and test phases with the team managing the parametrization and the maintenance of the tools
- Participation in the design/review of inbound and outbound interfaces with other tools
- Anticipation of the collateral impacts of new reporting requirement on the production of Solvency II reporting at group and solo level
- Participation in the data governance framework related to the scope of Consolidation and Reporting solutions
- Participation in the design of the new IFRS group chart of accounts and identification of the impacts on the existing group reports (internal and external)
- Documentation of all the decisions made on the stream
- Contribution to the change management
- Support Finance central teams and entities during dry runs and tracking of all the problem faced
