To reach and have an impact on our target audiences, we are looking for a **Marketing Communications Specialist** in **St. Aubin sur Gaillon, FR**

**The Opportunity**:
This fast-paced position requires passion for marketing and management of communication, creativeness in thinking but also strong processes mapping and measurement skills as well as extensive social media experience. Being responsible for communication of all our Ritchie Bros activities to the media in Europe, you will ensure, that our communication is accurate, innovative, fresh and interesting to the media and brings increase of our visibility on the market. In this role you will:

- Manage the content & comms planning, develop themes and materials (self and with others) and ensure effective delivery through a mix of earned, paid, shared and owned media.
- Use researching skills to understand what our audiences care about
- Oversee all company social media profiles in EMEA, and support local admins with social content, training and performance insights. You manage a few social profiles yourself, including the creation of visuals and copy.
- Support PR activities, including developing media relationships, creating press releases and other materials, organizing events, as well as distribution and monitoring.
- Use tools such as Trello, Google Analytics/Datastudio, Hootsuite, Wordpress, Canva Pro and others to effectively plan, execute, monitor, report and continuously improve

**Here is what you bring**:

- Thorough education in Marketing
- 3-5 years' experience in marketing communication within a B2B environment
- Experience managing successful social media campaigns, and a solid understanding of social marketing, delivering digital campaigns for mainstream products and services, content management and measurement od digital media audience.
- Must be able to work under constant deadline pressure and manage multiple projects across multiple lines of business.
- Strong management skills, excellent oral and written communication skills in English close to native level (native English will be an asset).
- Fast and eager learner with passion, creativeness and proactive personality
