Our company was asked to identify a System Expert profile with more than 7 years of experience in order to
- strengthen the client company's teams. The main mission consists of the administration of a fleet of 45,000
- RedHat RHEL8 and 9 Linux servers, deployed both on-premises and in the public Cloud. In a banking environment
- highly secure, the expert must use the Ansible Automation Platform for remediation and administer
- Satellite and IDM infrastructures.
- The technical skills required for this mission include imperative expertise in RHEL8 and 9,
- Proven mastery of Ansible and Satellite, as well as basic knowledge of IDM RedHat, would be a plus.
- The desired profile must ensure expertise in their field by promoting and managing the necessary developments, while
- offering advice, assistance, information, training and alerts. He will also have to carry out technological monitoring,
- participate in studies of the general architecture and its evolution, ensure installation and installation engineering
- configuration of platforms, coordinate the different players in the installation process, and guarantee the correct
- operation of information systems. In addition, the profile will have to design, develop and integrate capabilities
- techniques, participate in infrastructure development studies, carry out POCs and prototypes, and ensure engineering
- during the construction and validation of technical infrastructures.
- System Expert with more than 5 years of experience to join a common structure of IT subsidiaries of a
- RHEL8 and 9: Imperative expertise, capable of managing and administering a large fleet of Linux servers.
- Ansible: Proven proficiency, essential for automation and configuration management.
- Satellite: In-depth knowledge required to administer and maintain infrastructure.
- IDM RedHat: Basic knowledge desired, would be an added advantage.
- Management of a fleet of 45,000 RedHat RHEL8 and 9 Linux servers, on site and in the public Cloud.
- Use of the Ansible Automation Platform for remediation.
- Valorization and management of developments according to functional or technical needs.
- Advice, assistance, information, training and alert.
- Technology monitoring and projects:

- Carrying out technological monitoring.
- Participation in studies of general architecture and its evolution.
- Technical design of new infrastructures and technical products.
- Creation of POCs and prototypes.
- Design, development and integration of technical capabilities.
- Participation in the installation and configuration of infrastructures.
- Coordination of the different actors involved in the installation process.
- Ensure the proper functioning of information systems in terms of availability, correction
- incidents, and maintenance in operational condition.
- Intervention as a Level 3 expert on complex incidents.
- Diagnosis of malfunctions, suggestion of corrections and workarounds.
- Implementation of rules for good management and operability of systems.
- Contribution to capacity planning.
- Proposal for system performance improvements.
- Interface with experts from other fields.
- Participation in the choice of suppliers and guarantee of the correct implementation of products.
