**MISSIONS**:
Dans le cadre du développement de nos activités dans le domaine **du ferroviaire**, nous recherchons notre futur/re collaborateur/trice sur une fonction **d’Ingénieur qualité projet.**

Le poste est à pourvoir rapidement et **à Tours (37000). La maitrise de l'anglais est impérative pour ce poste.**

Vous serez chargé des missions suivantes:

- Manage **Customer Quality Interface** (Internal / ext customers) for assigned Customers and/or Projects. Ensure that performance targets are achieved in the project;
- Represent the customer in the Project and represent the society in front of the customer quality organization;
- Lead **Project Quality **activities in the project according to **APQP Process. **Represent the project in the Quality network and Quality network inside the project;
- Set **Project Quality Targets** aligned with Product Line and Customer requirements. Manage and share associated **KPIs **with all Project Core Team members;
- Lead and Manage the **Customer issues **in the project, according to Wabtec rules (**QRQC, 8D or PDCA_FTA**) with manufacturing sites involved;
- Customer Quality Interface;
- Ensure that validation of the Product is complete and aligned with Product Development proces;
- Ensure that validation of the Product is complete and aligned with Product Development process.

**PROFIL RECHERCHE**:
Vous êtes ingénieur de formation et possédez minimum 4 années d'expériences en qualité projets (en particulier sur les phases de développement).

Vous êtes bilingue anglais et maitrisez les outils méthodes Qualité (APQP Audit QRQC, 8D, PDCA-FTA, AMDEC ).

Vous êtes bon communiquant, autonome et possédez un esprit de synthèse et d'analyse. De plus, vous êtes capable de faire preuve de force de proposition et de persuasion.
